Attorney Profile

Rachel is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, assigned to the Torts Section.  Board certification demonstrates her significant commitment to and experience in civil trial law. Board-certified lawyers have dedicated themselves to a heightened level of excellence through character, professionalism, ethics, and credibility in the practice of law, and have been tested for expertise.  

Rachel's current caseload includes claims of wrongful death, negligent security, premises liability, and automobile accidents.  She is also responsible for police and corrections involved cases and is entrusted with the defense of individual police officers.  Rachel has tried more than ten civil jury trials to verdict as lead counsel in both federal and state court and has argued before the 3rd District Court of Appeals.
