Assistant County Attorney
Leigh C. Kobrinski joined the County Attorney's Office in 2016 and practices in the Social Services and Public Health Trust section. Leigh serves as legal counsel to The Children's Trust, the Office of Management and Budget - Grants Coordination, the Nuisance Abatement Board, and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board. She is also responsible for litigating several federal cases, advising on and litigating matters pertaining to Public Records, and defending the County in employee disciplinary actions.
Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Leigh served as a judicial law clerk to two federal judges and worked as an intellectual property associate at a firm in Washington, D.C.
