Commissioner Esteban L. Bovo, Jr., reiterates concerns related to increased tolling in Miami-Dade CountyStarting September 23, toll collection began on the SR-826 Palmetto Express Lanes in both directions between West Flagler Street and NW 154th Street, and along I-75 from the Palmetto to NW 170th Street.
