Artists as well as cultural and community non-profit organizations can attend a workshop about the County's cultural grant programs on Wednesday, August 8, at 3 p.m. at Arcola Lakes Branch Library. Learn about competitive funding opportunities and services offered as well as grant application strategies and best practices. You'll also find out about resources available for the cultural community.

The workshop is open to the public and free to attend, however, space must be reserved by calling 305-694-2779 or by visiting the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs website.

Organizations and artists not able to attend the workshops are encouraged to access the cultural grant programs' guidelines and applications online.
