Inspection Request for Reduction of Improvement Bond

This application is to request an inspection for a bond reduction and to pay the fee. The fee for the bond reduction is $215.00 and is not refundable. Here is a list of items needed before you apply:

• A bond number. This bond number will be validated by the system and related bond information will be displayed for your verification.
• The person requesting the inspection must provide name, phone number and email.
• If field meeting with the Inspector is required, you will be asked to provide the contact information for the individual who will be meeting the inspector in the filed including name, phone number and email.
• Credit card or bank account information.

The bond reduction request will be scheduled for an inspection upon your payment’s successful authorization.
