Miami-Dade County's Juvenile Curfew Ordinance applies to anyone under the age of 17, with some exemptions:

• from Sunday night to Friday morning, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
• from Friday evening to Sunday morning, between midnight and 6 a.m.
