Overview

Outdoor amusement and other outdoor recreational facilities and events are allowed at 50 percent capacity so long as the facility complies with the relevant portions of Emergency Order 29-20 (HTML | PDF).

Playgrounds and mechanical attractions are not permitted.

Indoor Sections

Outdoor amusement and outdoor recreational facilities with ancillary indoor attractions shall not operate such indoor attractions, except that such facilities may open restaurant, office, and arts and cultural spaces in accordance with the New Normal Handbook.

Equestrian Shows

Equestrian shows shall be limited to 100 horses or fewer, utilizing every other stall.
