COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Shot Finder

Miami-Dade County is coordinating closely with health care partners, the local health department and private partners to vaccinate members of our community against the coronavirus. You can receive the COVID-19 vaccine or booster shot at one of the sites below, as well as at pharmacies and community clinics. Minors between the ages of 5 and 17 may receive the Pfizer vaccine but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and bring with them a completed parental consent form.

Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Drive:
Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday, June 27 to Wednesday, June 29: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Parents and guardians may bring children 6 months of age or older to the following sites to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Both the Pfizer vaccine and Moderna vaccine will be available.
