Rental assistance is available to Miami-Dade County residents

Miami-Dade County continues to offer rental assistance for residents experiencing economic hardship through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program 2.4 (ERAP 2.4).

Qualifying Miami-Dade County residents whose families are experiencing difficulties paying their full monthly rent may receive rental assistance based on family size, bedroom size of the housing unit, the rent owed, and current household income.

Tenants and landlords/owners are encouraged to contact the program by email at [email protected].

Your household must earn no more than 140 percent of the County Area Median Income (AMI).

Residents are encouraged to apply online. You can also pick up and drop off the completed application from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, at either of the two following locations. Please note the locations will be closed on federal holidays.
