The HOPE Express will be at the Betsy Hotel the last Saturday of each month from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. where you can connect, adopt and fall in love with a pet from Miami-Dade Animal Services. Adoption fees for dogs and cats include spay or neuter surgery, microchip and age-appropriate vaccines.
