Certain frequently-requested lists are available in spreadsheet format at our File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site. These include lists of permitted facilities, contaminated sites and enforcement cases.

Most environmental public records can be viewed at the main office located at the Overtown Transit Village North.
To review a record at the main office, you should schedule an appointment.
Scheduling an appointment will allow staff adequate time to research and retrieve the records for your request and have them available for you at your scheduled time. If you wish to review a record without an appointment, there may be a wait depending on the availability of the record and the number of customers requesting documents at the time.
For us to locate a record, you will need to provide one or more of the following:
Facility or location name
street address
folio number
Miami-Dade County or Florida Department of Environmental Protection permit number
file number
facility ID number
Fees for copies of public records are established by Florida's Public Records law.
Single-sided pages - 15 cents each.
Double-sided pages - 20 cents each.
Certified Copies - $1 per page.
Copies of pre-printed reports and other materials will be charged at the per copy cost billed to the department.
Requests requiring research or processing time of more than 20 minutes will also have a service charge based on the cost of labor of the staff providing the service.
