- Navigate to the iCare Website
- Click the Find an Inmate icon or the Start Shopping button
- Select the state you are shopping in: Florida and search for your loved one by their last name or inmate number
- Browse products and add to your cart. Click Proceed to Checkout when you are ready to complete your order
- Enter your payment information and Submit Order
