Request Public Records from the Medical Examiner

You can request records from medical examiner case files. You may also request statistical data related to medical examiner cases.  Case information is available for clinical research.

Records from 2008 to the present day are on site. You may review these records in one of our facility's two research rooms.

Records from 1956 to 2007 are located at an off-site storage facility. These require an advance notice of several days for retrieval.

Records requests must be submitted in writing.
