EASY Card

1-Way Mobile Passes are available for purchase via the GO Miami-Dade Transit app. Please note that the pass will auto-activate immediately after purchase. Pass will expire 3-hours after activation. The cost of a single trip mobile pass is $2.25 and all current DTPW transfer rules apply.

EASY Card is the most convenient and secure way to pay for Metrorail or Metrobus fare. It's durable, easy to use and has a 20-year life-span.

Just load your fare onto the card, tap it at the fare gate or fare box and go. No need for exact change.

You can buy an EASY Card online in the Transit Store, in person at any Metrorail Station, Transit Service Center, Sales Outlet or by phone. Transactions for loading EASY Cards take up to 48 hours. 

The cost of an EASY Card is $2. It may contain cash value starting at $10 or pass products:

• 1-Day Pass: $5.65
• 7-Day Pass: $29.25
• 1-Month Pass: $112.50
• 1-Month Pass + Parking: $123.75

There is a limit of three transactions or $150 per day.

The following passes are available for autoload replenishment online:

• 7-Day Pass or weekly pass
• 1-Month Pass
• 1-Month with Metrorail Monthly Parking Permit

To cancel automatic replenishment, visit the TransitStore website or contact the EASY Card Financial Center.

Defective EASY cards can be exchanged at the Transit Service Center located in second level of the Stephen P. Clark Center.

Register your EASY Card to receive balance protection if the card is lost or stolen.

Balances on unregistered EASY Cards are not replaced when lost or stolen.

You can register your card online in the Transit Store, in person at any Transit Service Center or by calling customer service.

Replace your lost, stolen or damaged EASY Card at any Transit Service Center, Sales Outlet or online at the TransitStore. 

The replacement fee is $2.

EASY Card Dormancy Disclosure

EASY Cards have a 20-year lifespan; however, if an EASY Card has been inactive for 12 continuous months (it has not been used for transit or reloaded), the card will be systematically disabled. To ensure continuous service, please ensure the EASY Card is used within 12 months of purchase, and at least once every 12 months thereafter.

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for unused trips on activated passes.

No compensation will be given for delays outside of our control, including extreme weather, emergency investigations, pedestrian incidents, road and highway conditions, track obstructions, and on-board emergencies.

Fraudulent use of an EASY Card or Ticket can get you arrested. Violators are subject to prosecution on theft charges and face up to $500 in fines and 60 days in jail (Florida Statute 812.015).
