ALERT - Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's Office Co-Hosting Agricultural Classification Workshop

The Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s Office, along with the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA) and the Dade County Farm Bureau (DCFB), will be hosting an Agricultural Classification Workshop to discuss the potential tax benefits for the Miami-Dade farming community. Key topics include the agricultural classification process and the benefits of providing agricultural land leases used to evaluate agricultural tax rates.
