According to investigators, as the victim walked to his vehicle, he reached for a wallet on the ground when he was approached by three armed subjects.  The subjects, one of which was armed with an assault rifle, began to physically attack the victim.  The subjects entered their vehicle and fled with the victim's property.  The victim entered his vehicle and followed the subjects for several blocks.  The subjects' vehicle suddenly stopped in a residential neighborhood, at which time the armed subject exited the vehicle and shot at the victim, striking him in the head.  The subjects then fled in their vehicle.  Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene and transported the victim to JMH Ryder Trauma Center, where he is listed in stable condition.

The subjects' images were captured on video surveillance and are available on the Media Relations Section FTP Site under case number PD190106006717.  Investigators are requesting the community's assistance in identifying and/or locating the subjects.
