The Miami-Dade Police Department, Professional Compliance Bureau, Public Corruption Section, arrested Mr. Genesis Yunez-Brito, a Miami-Dade County Animal Services Department employee for Grand Theft and Official Misconduct. The investigation revealed that Mr. Yunez-Brito, utilized an official departmental credit card for unauthorized purchases totaling $3,150.00 while traveling in northern Florida and southern Georgia. Mr. Brito was arrested and transported to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
