The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is conducting a death investigation that left one woman dead, and where foul play is suspected. According to investigators, uniform officers responded to 6869 NW 179 Street at approximately 8:48 a.m., where they discovered a female deceased inside of an SUV. The subject fled the scene, and later called police to turn himself in. The City of Miami Police Department responded to 717 SW 11th Avenue, and took the subject into custody. The investigation remains active. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
