Investigators revealed, that the two incidents occurred about two weeks apart inside a gated townhome community, located in the area of SW 47 Street and SW 67 Avenue.  In both cases, the subject, dressed in all black clothing and wearing a black ski mask, exposed himself to the female victims.  In the latest case, one of the victims was a juvenile.  Once the perpetrator was observed by the victims exposing himself, he ran from the scene.

Detectives are requesting the assistance of the community in identifying the subject.
