According to investigators, patrol units were dispatched to calls of a male shot in front of a convenience store.  The investigation revealed that the victim was standing outside the convenience store with two other males, when the subject fired several shots. One of the males in the group returned fire. The victim was struck and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to Jackson Memorial Hospital Ryder Trauma Center in stable condition. It is unknown if the subject was struck by gunfire.

Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site.
