Three Women Strike Perfume Section at Local Pharmacy

(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau is investigating a robbery that occurred at a local pharmacy.

According to investigators, three women entered the pharmacy and walked directly to the employee area of the perfume section.  A store employee, Ms. Rosa Rodriguez, noticed the subjects gathering various boxes of expensive perfumes, and ordered them to stop.  Subject #1, jumped over the counter with the perfumes in hand and pushed Ms. Rodriguez, almost knocking her to the ground.  As the three subjects exited the store,  subject #2, pepper sprayed Mr. Jose Alvarez, another employee. The three women fled in a grey, older model, 4-door Nissan, Altima.

Surveillance video captured the image of the subjects and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating these individuals.
