According to investigators, the subject was driving a silver pick-up truck and parked on the side of a shopping center, located at 11452 Quail Roost Drive and began casing several businesses. He observed Ms. Migdalia Lorenzo using her cell phone while sitting inside the waiting room of a doctor’s office. The subject opened the door, leaned in, and snatched the phone from Ms. Lorenzo's hands.  The subject ran to the truck, and fled the area in an unknown direction.  The victim was not injured during the incident.

Surveillance video captured the image of the subject. Investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating the subject.
