Detectives from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Northsie District are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating the individuals who have been linked to multiple thefts. According to investigators, on January 24, 2018, at approximately 11:10 a.m., an employee working for Preferred Builders Group, placed a Falcon Locating System on the sidewalk, located at 1900 NW 74 Street Terrace. The subjects approached the location in a four door Chevy, at which point the passenger exited the vehicle, grabbed the tool and fled in the Chevy. Investigators believe these subjects are responsible for a similar incident that occurred on January 21, 2018, in which the same equipment was stolen from Preferred Builders Group. Video surveillance captured footage of the incident, and may be obtained from the FTP site under case PD180124031053.
