Attorney Profile

Evan Grob is an experienced litigator in the Torts/Medical Malpractice Section of the County Attorney's Office.  Evan defends the County in personal injury, wrongful death, false arrest, and premises liability cases.  He also represents the Public Health Trust in medical malpractice and personal injury matters.

Evan has obtained many jury verdicts favorable to the County and Public Health Trust on tort and medical malpractice cases.  Evan has also been involved in obtaining favorable settlements through negotiations on large exposure cases including multiple plaintiffs, serious bodily injury matters and insurance coverage disputes.

His prior experience also includes serving as counsel for the Construction Trades Qualifying Board.  Evan has also handled appeals, including cases before the Florida Supreme Court.
