Misplacing a valuable item is never pleasant. If you lose an item while riding Miami-Dade Transit the quickest and most convenient way is to report it online. You will receive a confirmation with a case number once you submit the form.
You will be notified if the item is turned in to the Lost and Found Office and you will have the convenience of scheduling an appointment to claim your lost item.
Appointments are accepted only for customers who have received confirmation that an article was recovered.
Always remember to check your packages and personal belongings before exiting Metrobus, Metrorail or Metromover. The County is not responsible for items left on vehicles, or reimbursement for lost items.
